LOCKDOWN - WINTER 2020
From Thursday 5th November 2020 our studio at The Hotwalls Studios will be closed to the public in line with current government guidelines.
We may be in the studio at times working and organising orders but the doors will be locked and are not permitted to give access to anyone at anytime. Our contact details can be found on the door and you can ask us questions via email: hello@foursandeights.co.uk
We are continuing with online orders as usual.
If you are in the PO1 - PO5 area we offer free delivery on orders over £15 with social distancing measures in place. We will knock and leave the package on your doorstep and wait from a distance to ensure you have received it.
This discount is automatically applied once you enter your address.
Please note some local deliveries such as prints will arrive flat. If you have ordered a gift for someone you live with please leave a note upon checkout and we will make sure whoever answers your door can not see whats in the delivery!
We also offer a free click and collect service. Use the code POMPEYCOLLECT This will run on Saturdays throughout this lockdown period.
You will receive an email when your order is ready to collect along with a times and dates for collection. You must not enter to the studio and everything must be paid for online prior to arriving. Please wear a mask or face covering when collecting and quote your order number when you arrive. If you need something sooner for a birthday please drop us an email and we will do our best to help.

POSTAGE
We dispatch orders within 2-3 working days of receiving your order. You will receive a dispatch email when we have packaged up your order and printed your postage label. We post letters first class with Royal Mail. This takes 1-2 working days for delivery from receiving your dispatch email. We post parcels first class with Royal Mail or with MyHermes. This takes 2-3 working days for delivery from receiving your dispatch email. There are sign for options for an additional charge.
Postage is calculated automatically by weight.
Due to the pandemic there may be delays in receiving your items through the delivery networks especially in the lead up to Christmas. Where possible please use click and collect.
We do not currently post overseas.
COLLECT YOUR ORDER
Orders can be collected from our studio in Old Portsmouth. Please use the code POMPEYCOLLECT and we will email you with our opening times. Please include you email address on the order. Your postage will change to zero when using this code.

PAYMENT
We use Shopify Payments powered by Stripe and Paypal Express Checkout to process our online payments and SumUp to process our payments in our studio and at markets – All are secure payment platforms.
We accept all major credit and debit cards as well as Contactless, ApplePay and GPay in our studio and at events too.
